Managing Underwriter - MGA - Property & Casualty

Review submissions, quote and bind accounts above authority level of binding authority agents and MGAs.
Develop relationships with potential clients, maintain and groom current clients to retain business. Underwrite a book of business and ensure profitable avenues are pursued.
Requires experience underwriting Commercial Property & Casualty lines, overseeing interactions with MGAs and coverholders, and approving coverage for accounts that fall above the authority level of MGAs.

years industry experience with ability to underwrite accounts in P&C or General Liability. Must be familiar with MGA interactions and able to evaluate submissions and approve or deny based on relevant factors.
