Job Description:
EXPERIENCED, DYNAMIC PROPERTY MANAGER NEEDED FOR GREAT OPPORTUNITY IN STOCKBRIDGE
Our national multi-family management company seeks a hard-working, outgoing professional with a Whatever it Takes attitude to join our Stockbridge team.
Our ideal candidate must have 2-3 years of on-site property management /supervisory experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, flexibility, a successful track record, and desire to work hard and exceed expectations. Experience managing renovations required. Thorough knowledge of Fair Housing Laws is required. CAM, ARM certification and college degree or industry equivalent experience preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office required. Industry-related software proficiency preferred. Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and be able to read, write and speak English.
Job expectations include:
o Supervision of entire on-site team.
o Generating revenue for property, supervising all staff, handling resident relations, ensuring property is operating at fullest capacity, maximizing income, maintaining property appearance, enforcing community policies, developing and implementing marketing plan, preparing annual budget and month-end reports, as well as maintaining accurate records.
o Assisting with special projects or activities, including due diligence, property acquisition/disposition, serving on or participating in company-sponsored or sanctioned committees, organizations, functions, etc.
