Experience in the oil change is required Customer Service skill set is require.
Computer and technology skills are required Being able to read, write and understand simple math is required Associates degree or equivalent experience in the field Emissions testing certification is desired Valid Driver's License Specific Overview:
Your primary role as an assistant manager at Strickland Brothers is to satisfy our customers.
It is imperative that you understand how serious we take our customer satisfaction core value.
You will be assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the service center.
This includes but not limited to ensuring that the operational procedures are completed on each vehicle, training, encouraging, speaking with customers, scheduling/staffing, maintaining a clean service center & meeting KPI's.

Uphold the Strickland Brothers core values as an ambassador to the brand in the field Meets all budgets consistently (Sales, oil change counts, labor, NPS Scores, etc.
) Compliance with OSHA and EPA regulations Store and Equip Maintenance Effective problem-solving skills/solutions with customers and employees Supervision - Ensuring our policies and procedures are followed at all times Build a positive culture in their service center through core values and encouragement Other Expectations:
To be the first point of contact of support for our employees Always open the store on time and never close it early Some weekend work is requiredWe have fun, work hard, innovate, create, encourage, strategize and we provide unapologetically honest feedback.
